In a bagging project, attention naturally goes to the packing machine. Conveying and screening are dealt with last, often by a different supplier, and that is almost always where start-up problems come from.
An undersized conveyor breaks the bagger's rhythm. A badly chosen screw degrades the product. An undersized screen becomes the bottleneck of the whole line. A missing magnetic grid lets a bolt through that wrecks an impeller.
We build this equipment in our own workshop in Casablanca and we size it around the machine it feeds, not from a catalogue.
Our rectangular vibrating screens are built in AISI 304 stainless, in a standard 1.8 × 1.0 m format, for throughput up to 5 tonnes per hour. They are mounted on stainless anti-vibration springs that isolate the supporting structure, and driven through a variable-frequency drive.
The drive matters: it allows vibration amplitude and frequency to be tuned to the product. A light powder and a dense granule do not need the same setting, and a non-adjustable screen performs poorly on one of the two.
These screens serve two purposes: removing agglomerates formed in storage, and safety screening to catch foreign bodies — bag fragments, stones, debris — before packing. That is what protects your end customer and your reputation.
Three configurations by function:
All belts are food-grade or industrial PVC to suit the application, with adjustable tail drums and scrapers where the product is sticky.
U-trough screw conveyors of Ø 220 mm, typically 4 m long, are built in AISI 304 stainless with a 2.2 kW geared motor. They suit horizontal or slightly inclined transfer of powders and granules.
Screw pitch, rotation speed and trough clearance are matched to the product: too tight a pitch and too high a speed degrade fragile granules; too much clearance lets product compact in the trough bottom. These details decide whether a screw runs for ten years or jams every week.
Stainless magnetic grids fit in a discharge chute or above a screen. They capture ferrous particles — swarf, nuts, wear fragments — coming from upstream equipment or from transport.
It is inexpensive equipment that protects every rotating component downstream: bagger impellers, crusher rotors, screw conveyors. On food products and fertilisers for export it is also an increasingly common customer specification.

Yes. We regularly supply screens, conveyors and screws on their own, to complete or replace equipment on existing installations, including other makes.
A screw is compact, enclosed and suited to powders and small granules over short distances. A belt is preferable for fragile, abrasive or bulky products, or over long distances. We advise based on your product and layout.
It depends on your product's particle size and on what you want to remove. We confirm the mesh on a sample, and screen cloths are interchangeable if you handle several products.
