The reference solution for packing flour, cement, premixes, additives and any fine powder into open-mouth bags, with ±100 g weighing accuracy at 5 bags per minute.

Fine powders — flour, cement, lime, animal premixes, chemical additives, milk powder — share a well-known problem: they bridge in the hopper, they compact, and simple gravity filling produces irregular bag weights. The KSM-VB25 bagging machine solves this with forced volumetric metering through an Archimedes screw, closed-loop controlled by the weighing system.
In practice, the auger extracts product at fast rate up to roughly 90 % of the target weight, then the variable-frequency drive automatically switches to dribble rate to finish the weighment precisely. This bulk/dribble logic is what delivers ±100 g on a 25 kg bag while maintaining a commercial output of 5 bags per minute.
The KSM-VB25 is built in our own workshop in Casablanca, Morocco. It is delivered assembled, connected and commissioned on your site, with operator training and a 12-month parts and labour warranty.
The operator hangs an empty bag on the filling spout. A sensor confirms bag presence and starts the cycle automatically. The auger runs at bulk rate while two SENSOCAR Z6 stainless steel 100 kg load cells send the live weight to the METTLER TOLEDO IND-320 indicator.
At the changeover set point the controller reduces auger speed for the dribble phase. When target weight is reached the auger stops and the automatic in-flight compensation adjusts the cut-off point for the next cycle: the machine learns how your product behaves and corrects itself.
The filled bag is released onto the KSMCH3 conveyor, which carries it to the YAO HAN F900A sewing machine for closing. The sealed bag exits ready for palletising.
A gravity filler is cheaper to buy, but it only suits free-flowing granular products. On a powder it produces weight deviations of several hundred grams — which means either product given away free to your customers, or underweight complaints.
On a production of 200 bags of 25 kg per day, an average overfill of 300 g means 60 kg of product lost every day, more than 15 tonnes a year. The price difference between the two machines pays for itself within months.
The auger also brings a hygiene benefit: product stays contained, there is no dust cloud during filling, which improves working conditions and reduces ATEX risk on combustible powders.

Price depends on the finish (painted steel or stainless), selected options and associated conveying. Send us your product type, bulk density, target bag weight and required output: we issue a firm quotation within 48 hours. Call +212 662 35 88 28 or email contact@geuropelec.com.
Standard lead time is 8 to 10 weeks from order for a custom-configured machine, including workshop testing. On-site installation and commissioning take 2 to 3 days.
Yes. The auger contains the product and prevents dust clouds. For extremely fine powders we add spout dust extraction and a hopper fluidisation system to prevent bridging.
Yes. We survey your site constraints (available height, product feed, bag exit direction) and adapt the frame and conveying. The machine can be fed by screw conveyor, bucket elevator or an existing surge hopper.
Yes. We ship and commission machines across North and West Africa, and our teams travel for installation, commissioning and operator training.
The METTLER TOLEDO IND-320 indicator is an approved instrument. For legal-for-trade use we support the verification process with the relevant weights and measures authority.
Send us your product, throughput and bag format: we reply within 48 h with a technical proposal and a price.
