From bulk to sewn, palletisable bag: screening, transfer, weighing, bagging and closing in one continuous line, entirely in AISI 304 stainless and controlled by a Siemens PLC.

Buying a bagging machine is easy. Making a complete line work is another matter: the infeed conveyor must have the right rate, the screen must not choke the line, the surge hopper must be correctly sized, the PLC must synchronise everything, and the structure must fit under your existing roof height.
This is where most bagging projects go wrong: three different suppliers, each responsible for their own equipment, nobody responsible for the overall result.
The G.EUROPELEC complete line is delivered by a single supplier, from the initial mass balance to operator training. We design, manufacture, install, program, commission and support. If the line does not hold the stated output, that is our problem, not yours.
We build this line entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel on all product-contact parts. This is not about looks.
On food products it is a non-negotiable hygiene requirement. On fertilisers and chemicals it is the difference between an installation that lasts ten years and one eaten by corrosion in two seasons. On abrasive products it limits wear on hoppers and chutes.
Stainless also allows pressure washing, which is essential if you change products regularly on the same line.
The whole line is controlled by a Siemens S7-1200 PLC with a 7-inch bilingual touchscreen HMI. Operators see at a glance: instantaneous rate, bags produced, average weight, level alarms and faults.
Cloud supervision streams this data in real time to a dashboard accessible from any browser: you follow production from your office or phone, and we can diagnose remotely in the event of a fault — often without travelling to site.
Engineering and layout drawings; complete workshop manufacture; empty and loaded testing before shipment; transport and unloading; site erection and connection; programming and parameter setting; production trials with your actual product; operator and maintenance team training; complete documentation (wiring diagrams, manuals, spare parts list); 12-month warranty on parts and labour.
Reference configuration for 25 kg bags. Adaptable to other formats.
Production types covered by the complete line.
Flour, semolina, bran and milling by-products in 25 to 50 kg bags.
Packing granular fertilisers and soil amendments for distribution.
Compound feed, premixes and concentrates in bags for farms and cooperatives.
Mortars, renders, adhesives and dry products in site bags.
Granular chemicals and technical powders in industrial packaging.
Sugar, salt, rice, pulses and dry goods in food-grade stainless version.

It is the standard manufacturing lead time for a reference configuration, from drawing approval. A highly specific or high-capacity line may take longer; we state this clearly in the offer.
Yes, always. We survey the site before manufacture and adapt the structure, hopper heights and conveyor routing to your existing building.
Yes. The line is designed to evolve: adding a second weighing station, a faster sewing machine, automating palletising. We allow for it at design stage if you tell us about the plan.
We supply conveying up to the palletising station. An automatic palletiser can be included in the project on request.
We do, across Morocco and in our export markets, with preventive maintenance contracts and common spares held in Casablanca. Cloud supervision additionally allows remote diagnosis.
Yes, particularly across North and West Africa. Our teams travel for erection, commissioning and training.
