The deck is built from IPE beam steel structure, dimensioned for 60 tonnes with statutory safety factors. The running surface is anti-slip steel plate or cast concrete depending on your choice and vehicle type.
Standard dimensions of 15 × 3 metres cover common articulated trucks. Other lengths are available: 6 m for rigid trucks, 18 m for long combinations.
Two installation modes: pit-mounted, deck flush with ground level, allowing in-line and off-axis access; or surface-mounted on ramps, which avoids excavation and pit drainage. We advise based on ground conditions, water table level and available space.
Six AMI analogue compression load cells are distributed under the deck and wired to a sealed junction box. The signal is processed by the SENSOCAR SC-20 indicator installed in the weighbridge office.
The KISTAMOS Gestion software completes the installation: time-stamped weighing log, supplier, customer, product and vehicle databases, stored tare management, automatic net calculation, ticket printing on an Epson LX-350 printer, and data export to your accounting system.
Double weighing (empty in then loaded out, or the reverse) is handled automatically by the software, which matches the two weighments and calculates the net delivered.
A weighing instrument used for a commercial transaction must be approved and verified by the weights and measures authority. Without that verification your weighing ticket has no legal standing in a dispute with a customer or supplier.
We handle the whole process: file preparation, installation readiness, attendance at verification with the standard weights, and follow-up to the official certificate. We then carry out the periodic reverifications that keep your approval valid over time.
Manufacturing and delivery lead time is 20 days excluding civil works. If a pit is required, civil works must be completed beforehand — we supply detailed pit drawings at order so your contractor can start immediately.
