G.EUROPELEC designs, manufactures and commissions bagging lines, NPK blending plants, cage mill crushers, screening systems and approved truck weighbridges — turnkey, from mass balance to operator training.

Ten product families, all designed and manufactured in our workshop in Casablanca and commissioned by our own engineers.
Open-mouth bagging of powders from 5 to 25 kg at 5 bags/min, ±100 g accuracy, with in-flight compensation.
Airtight valve bag filling at 6 t/h with a 7.5 kW two-speed centrifugal impeller and integrated fluidisation.
Containerised plant, 2 to 4 weighing stations, up to 1,000 bags/h, no civil works, moved by forklift.
Belt metering for wet, sticky and non-homogeneous products up to 40 t/h, bags and big bags on one machine.
Screenless lump breaker for urea, water-soluble fertilisers and caked salts, up to 15 t/h with no clogging.
Gravimetric dosing per component, programmable recipes, batch traceability and integrated bagging.
Screening, transfer, weighing, bagging and closing at 500 bags/h (≈12 t/h) in full AISI 304 stainless.
15 × 3 m deck, six compression load cells, KISTAMOS software and full legal metrology approval support.
Stainless vibrating screens up to 5 t/h, belt and screw conveyors, magnetic grids and separators.
Siemens S7-1200 panels, bilingual touchscreen HMI, real-time dashboards and remote diagnostics.
From fertiliser producers to flour mills, quarries and food processors — across Morocco, North Africa and West Africa.
Blending plants, lump breakers, bagging lines for NPK, urea, ammonium nitrate and soluble grades.
Flour, semolina, sugar, salt, rice and pulses in food-grade stainless configurations.
Cement, lime, plaster, dry mortars and adhesives in valve or open-mouth bags.
Carbonates, sulphates, mineral fillers and technical powders in corrosion-resistant builds.
Compound feed, premixes and concentrates for farms, feed mills and cooperatives.
Weighbridges, screening and packing of sands, graded gravels and mineral products.
Most bagging projects fail for the same reason: several suppliers, each responsible for one piece of equipment, and nobody responsible for the line actually running at the promised rate. G.EUROPELEC covers the whole scope — mass balance, layout, structure, manufacture, electrical design, programming, erection, commissioning, training and after-sales support.
Our machines are designed for real African industrial conditions: dusty environments, humid coastal air that cakes hygroscopic products, unstable mains supply, and maintenance teams who need to be able to fix things themselves. That is why every delivery includes complete wiring diagrams, a spare parts list, and hands-on training for both operators and maintenance staff.
Equipment is built in our own workshop in Casablanca. Common spare parts are held in stock locally, which means a wear component is replaced in days rather than the weeks it takes to import from Europe or Asia. Machines fitted with cloud supervision can be diagnosed remotely, so most faults are identified over the phone and resolved by your own team the same day.
We do not quote catalogue throughput figures. On difficult products we ask for a representative sample and run trials before confirming a configuration. If a stated rate is not achievable in your conditions, we tell you before the order, not after commissioning.
We deliver and commission across Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania, Senegal, Mali and Ivory Coast, with our own erection teams. Documentation and HMIs are available in French, Arabic and English.
Yes. We manufacture in Casablanca and ship across North and West Africa. Our own teams travel for erection, commissioning and operator training.
8 to 12 weeks for a single machine, 12 to 14 weeks for a mobile containerised station, and 4 to 6 months for a complete blending plant, from order to production.
Yes. Our KSM-BD40 belt bagging machine is specifically designed for wet, sticky and non-homogeneous products that will not flow through augers or impellers.
12 months on parts and labour, with operator and maintenance training included and common spare parts held in stock in Casablanca.
Yes, including equipment from other manufacturers: control panel refurbishment, obsolete PLC replacement, adding screening or conveying, or raising the output of an existing line. See automation and supervision.
French, Arabic and English. Touchscreen HMIs are bilingual as standard, and wiring diagrams and manuals are supplied in the language of your choice.
Send us the product to be packed, the target bag weight and the output you need. We reply within 48 hours with a technical proposal and a price.
